Products are normally available for pick-up or delivery within 3 working days. Please allow up to 14 working days for exceptional circumstances. A full refund (less postage & labour where applicable) will be made within 14 days if you are not completely satisfied and if the goods are returned within 10 working days of receipt.
If goods are faulty on arrival, a full refund (including postage & labour if applicable) will be made or replacement of goods arranged and made available for pick-up or delivery within 14 days, if the items are returned to Boff Support Ltd. within 5 working days of original receipt.
All products supplied by Boff Support Ltd., remain the property of Boff Support Ltd. until fully paid for by the customer, irrespective of location held.
These terms and conditions do not affect the consumers’ statutory rights.
